7 Steps to the Perfect Hair Wash Routine – The Healthy Way

1. Detangle first. Gently brush through knots using a detangler before getting into the shower to prevent breakage.
2. Shampoo twice—focusing on the scalp. Step into the Ula filtered water and lather the hair with shampoo. The first wash removes oils and build-up, the second gives a deeper cleanse. Massage with your fingertips to stimulate the scalp.
3. Condition from ears down. Apply conditioner to the mids and ends, avoiding the root area to keep volume balanced.
4. Distribute evenly. Use a detangling brush or wide-tooth comb to smooth the conditioner through every strand.
