30-Day Returns Guarantee

We want you to love your ULA products. That’s why we offer a 30-day no-quibble money-back guarantee on all purchases from ulabeauty.com.

To return an item, you must first email customerservices@ula.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Any supporting photos (if damaged or faulty)

When we've confirmed the return request send the product via recorded delivery to:

Note: Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is damaged or faulty, in which case we will cover the return cost or offer a prepaid label.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll confirm approval and issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
When you purchase an ULA subscription you are covered by our 30-day return policy. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Initiate a return by emailing us at customerservices@ula.com and when we receive your product(s), we will promptly issue a refund.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your Account page.

Cancellation requests submitted must be received at least one full business day before your next filter or capsule shipping date to avoid being charged. Cancellation requests received by ULA through other channels may take up to five (5) business days to process. If you have any problems, please email us at customerservices@ula.com

Cancelling your Subscription will prevent only future orders from processing but will not cancel any orders previously charged. 


WHAT IS NOT COVERED
We will not provide a refund for a request that is received by ULA more than 30 days after the date of original shipment. We also do not offer a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use.

We will not provide a refund if returns do not include all the correct information as listed above. We need to be able to identify the order in order to process the refund so all parcels must be labelled correctly.


DEFECTS
Damaged of faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the damage in your email to returns@ulabeauty.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
