Dispatch. We offer fully tracked deliveries via Royal Mail. Usually, orders are processed by 13:00 on the same day, all orders placed after 13:00 are shipped the next day*.

Orders placed over the weekend are processed from the first working day after the weekend or after bank holidays.

Showerheads are all delivered via free next-day delivery

*Filters and beauty capsules are delivered with 48 hours tracked delivery

Delivery confirmation & Order tracking. You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has been shipped and when it is out for delivery.

What should I do if my parcel has been damaged?

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos before opening it — including the outer packaging, any visible damage to the item itself, and the shipping label.

Email us within 7 days of delivery at returns@ulabeauty.com, attaching the photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference, in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
