Step 01
The filter
The filter sits inside the stem of the showerhead. To install a water filter, first you need to twist the base of the handle in an anticlockwise motion off the bottom.

Step 02
Rubber Gasket
Next, take the filter and note which side has a rubber gasket around it. This is the end that goes into the shower head first, with the hole end pointing down to the shower hose.

Step 03
Reattach
Now reattach the base of the shower head by threading it on and turning it in a clockwise direction.

To keep your shower fresh and filtered, you should change your filter once a month based on an average household use (a family of four showering once a day). Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder when you’re due to swap it out.
