What’s in the box: 3 x filters

WRAS approved means they have been independently tested and certified by The Water Regulations Advisory Scheme, it is like a stamp of approval that says a product has passed safety checks for use with your water supply.

NSF certified: Trusted Globally. NSF is one of the most recognized health and safety certifications in the world—used by hospitals, hotels, and leading water brands for the highest quality of water.

ROHS certified: Health & Safety First: Our filters are built with safer, non-toxic materials—so nothing harmful leaches into your water.

Eco-Friendly Choice: RoHS compliance means fewer environmental pollutants during manufacturing and disposal, helping reduce your carbon footprint.

Proven, trustworthy technology.

Specification

  • Best-in-class: Our filtration is WRAS approved and NSF certified. One filter can treat 4500 litres of water - that’s one month’s usage for an average family.
  • The ULA system uses an RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) that purifies water and includes biofiltration, and a NF (Nanofiltration) filter, highly effective in removing calcium, magnesium and other harmful elements found in hard water.
  • Can be replaced in less than a minute, no tools required.
  • If you are in a household of 1, we recommend changing the filter once every 2 months. If 2 or more people are using the shower, we recommend changing the filter every month.

BENEFITS OF SHOWERHEAD —

Installing a water filter

  1. Step 01

    The filter

The filter sits inside the stem of the showerhead. To install a water filter, first you need to twist the base of the handle in an anticlockwise motion off the bottom.

  2. Step 02

    Rubber Gasket

Next, take the filter and note which side has a rubber gasket around it. This is the end that goes into the shower head first, with the hole end pointing down to the shower hose.

  3. Step 03

    Reattach

Now reattach the base of the shower head by threading it on and turning it in a clockwise direction.

Frequently asked questions

All your questions answered

How often should I replace the filter?

To keep your shower fresh and filtered, you should change your filter once a month based on an average household use (a family of four showering once a day). Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder when you’re due to swap it out.

How do I replace the filter?

Changing the filter is quick and easy:

  1. The filter sits inside the stem of the
showerhead. To install a water filter, first you need to twist the base of the showerhead handle in an anticlockwise motion off the bottom.
  2. Next, take the filter and note which side has a rubber gasket around it. This is the end that goes into the showerhead first,
with the hole end pointing down to the shower hose.
  3. Now reattach the base of the shower head by threading it on and turning it in a clockwise direction.

That’s it! You’re good to go again.

Is the filter safe to use?

Absolutely. In fact, the ULA system is the only showerhead that is WRAS approved and NSF certified.

This means it has passed rigorous testing and meets the high standards set out by Water Regulations Advisory Scheme.

It also meets specific standards for health and safety set by the National Sanitation Foundation.
